   Thank you so much for the very detailed video – it is very helpful and I always love hearing about fine jewellery 🙂 I feel as I need to defend Buccelatti a bit as their iconic Opera collection is a nice alternative to VCA that Alhambra that also shows their excellent craftsmanship. Also a few other brands that you could possibly include in part 2 (Chopard, De Beers, Pomellato, Piaget, Pasquale Bruni, Roberto Coin, Chaumet)

   Boucheron looks stunning. I have Cartier pieces for everyday wear including their Tank watch, and they are staples.
   Alhambra line from Van Cleef for me is neither here nor there. But their high jewelry pieces are stunning.
   While in Lisbon I discovered Rosior. This brand only makes 120 pieces per year at their atelier in Porto. They let me try stunning creations ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 euros. I have nowhere to go in such jewelry but I asked them to create an elegant everyday bracelet for me that I can take to a playground with my daughter and later to a fancy dinner. And they delivered! Their craftsmanship is stunning. They post their pieces on Instagram.

   Loved the video! 100% agree on the first 3 on Holy grail… nailed it. HOWEVER, I am a little sad David Yurman did not make it on the List. I’ve been developing a true love for DY especially because they are creating so many mixed metal options. I also love that they have options ranging from $200 up to $60k+. Something for everyone. Love the family owned and operated aspect as well.

    I have heard that many private jewelers do not rate Carter quality. I think I believe them. We need a ‘tanner leatherstein” of the jewelry world
