  1. Where is Lord Sunsun ?

  2. I love that oase put the heater in their canister and their new internal filter works perfect for what I use it for

  3. Where is Juwel ? 😉

  4. Aquael has a completely silent canister filter that I use for my bedroom tank, Sicce also has a completely silent internal filter that’s good if you can manage cleaning it more frequently. He definitely missed a few brands like landon, fzone, ada, chihiros, twinstar, off the top of my head

  5. Another brand I would like to add is the Nicrew line, they have excellent lights and their heaters are pretty solid as well. I’ve bought about half a dozen of their lights over the last 5 years and every single one of them still works as good as the day I bought it, and they have been running everyday. My plants are also doing very well under them.

  6. Seems like no one heard about Dennerle in the USA.

  7. Here in Poland, Aquael basically dominates the market. They even own their own retail chain—they are everywhere. In fact, we have high-quality brands for almost every aquarium product: Tropical for premium fish food, Aquaforest for supplements and substrates, and Zoolek for meds and water tests. Skylight for lighting (I believe this brand is also Polish). You can go all-Polish with your tank if you wish to!

  8. Fluval filter has been a huge upgrade for me. Seachem fertilizers and medicine have been alright I think. Definitely will think about swapping other equipment for some of my tanks in the future.

  9. I’m with you totally on Seachem. Love my Tidals, threw out all of their ferts. My tanks have never been happier after the switch to Apt ferts.
Hygger lights and heaters have worked well for me. I haven’t tried much else from them.

  10. I do have one AquaEl product and I am quite happy with it. It’s their cryptically named PAT Mini shrimp filter. Except instead of their sponge, I grafted it to a larger, finer sponge because the original seemed a bit limited and likely to ingest a shrimplet. The flow seems about perfect for my 25 gallon cube.

  11. Im kinda missing the lighting Market on this list

  12. Was surprised to not see Top Fin in the video.

  13. Have been using AQUAEL heater for my 130l tank since september 2025. No issues. I def would prefer it to anyone.

  14. Speaking of nostalgia, I still have my 30 year old Whisper Diatomagic filter. The last impeller I had broke last year and hasn’t been made in 20 years. I used it exclusively for photography as it really did make the water crystal clear.

FYI Hygger doesn’t actually make anything, they just use existing trash products from China using their logo. I wouldn’t give them a nickel.
